Lone Star Millions is the first scratch game issued by the State of Texas in 1992. This ticket is in mint unscratched condition. This rare ticket is hard to find in unscratched mint condition. When this lottery ticket as withdrawn from sale, the State of Texas recalled and destroyed all the remaining tickets.  Therefore, it is rare to find mint unscratched lottery tickets - and even rarer to find an unscratched ticket of the first game released by the State of Texas!
