Dallas Cowboys (#1) Sample Void #1261

Sample / Void Lottery Tickets are official lottery-issued specimens created for training, display, or promotional purposes. These tickets are permanently marked “Sample,” “Void,” or “Not Valid for Play,” and were never intended for public sale or redemption. Unlike mint lottery tickets, which were originally printed for retail sale and remain unscratched and unused, sample/void tickets were produced solely as reference pieces. Their value lies in their rarity, design variations, and historical significance rather than playability, making them a unique collectible for lottery historians and enthusiasts.

This is the first Dallas Cowboys lottery game issued by the state of Texas. (Only a few mint retail tickets are also available).

Sample Voids are usually enclosed in a premium plastic sleeve to protect and maintain the ticket in mint condition.
